Chairs and MORE Around the Park 3rd Annual Event:

Location: Severn School in the Robert E. McCleary Student Center

• Look for the decorated chairs and more to be displayed around Severna Park beginning in March 2012.
• The chairs and other furniture items have been decorated by local artists, schools and businesses.
• The Chair Auction will be held in June 24, 2012, from 6-8:00pm at the Severn School.  Join us for Wine and Desserts.  Meet the artists.  The Silent Auction will close at 8:30pm that evening.
• Cost is $10.00 per person and tickets can be purchased in the SPCC main office.  Some tickets will be available at the door.
• Don't miss a minute of this very special event to benefit your Severna Park Community Center.

Auction Information:

• Chairs will be auctioned off in an online, silent or live auction format.  You register to participate.
• The Online Auction bidding will close on June 22 at 5:00pm.  Your online bid will be taken to the June 24 Silent Auction event where the Silent Auction will continue the bidding process.
• With online bidding, you may make a specific bid or you can give us a maximum bid limit.
• If you choose the maximum bid option (usually best for those who cannot attend the June 24 function), we will check the Silent Auction Sheets throughout the evening and continue your bidding in $10 increments up to your maximum.
• Bidding for the Silent Auction will end at 8:00pm at which time the highest bidder will be final.
• If you win the chair but are not present, we will return it to SPCC and contact you to arrange payment and pick-up.
