Holy Grounds Youth Center Building

$80/hour for single use

$60 for Non Profits and Multi-Users (6+ uses per year)

This historic Severna Park building was the original and first Catholic church in the area built in 1927. The Severna Park Community Center has retained much of the original look and feel of the church building because of its historic significance in the area. We have just completed patching and repainting the original ceilings and walls thanks to the generous support of Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church and continue to make other improvements to the building.

This building holds up to 140 persons and is handicapped accessible. It has handicapped accessible bathrooms as well.

It is an open rectangular space (approximately 80' x 40') with a raised stage area, a serving kitchen containing a sink, countertop, microwave and refrigerator. The building also has a water fountain. Outside on the driveway side is a deck (50' x 12') and gazebo. Our donated chairs and tables are available at no charge up to the number we have.  Electronic equipment such as LCD Projectors and TV's with DVD/VCR are available to rent for $25.
