Patterson Physical Therapy Offers Athlete Training Program Beginning December 2

Patterson Physical Therapy is offering the next session of its Athlete Training Program. Your student athlete can improve speed and agility; prevent injury; build strength and flexibility' and prepare for the upcoming winter sports season.

8 week sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting December 2.
Offered 2:45-3:45pm
Cost is $15 per training session

Heroes of Tomorrow Tactical Fitness for America Offers Classes Here

Stew Smith, former Navy SEAL and Fitness Author, offers free fitness classes for individuals considering a career in law enforcement, the military, fire fighting, etc., utilizing the B&A Trail and the Severna Park Community Center's pool and other facilities. The only cost is for swimming ($5.00 per swim or purchase a pool pass).

Summit Driving School Offering 2009 Classes

Summit Driving School is now offering its 30 hour classroom/6 hour driving Certified Drivers Education classes at the Center. Cost is $395 per session.

January sessions run Mondays and Tuesdays from 6-9:00pm beginning January 5 and ending February 3.

Mellaleuca Brings "Green" to the Center on December 9 from 3-8:00pm

Mellaleuca will have a product information and sample display to help you learn more about the many products you can use at home (as we do here at the Center) to be "green" and environmentally safe. Representatives of Mellaleuca will be available to answer your questions.

Kiwanis Club of Severna Park FREE Training for Mothers' Series January 26 at 9:30am

Kiwanis is partnering with The Family Tree to provide a series of free training classes for mothers. The next program is scheduled for January 26 at 9:30am. Free childcare is provided in the adjacent meeting room so you can enjoy the series. Registration is required.

Severna Park Budo Arts and Little Budo Classes Continue

Budo classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm in the gym. You may enroll at anytime during the year. A new "Mini Budo" class for younger students is also being offered.

Project Linus Meets 3rd Saturdays of Each Month

Registration for the 2008-09 After School Middle School Program Continues

Registration for the new school year for the After School Middle School (ASMS) Program serving students entering 6th, 7th and 8th grade has limited openings. The bus from SPMS is 124 for this year.
